ABOUT ME
Hi! I am Chung Zhi Cheng, a student currently pursuing a diploma in Media Post-Production from the school of Film & Media Studies in
Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
I have a strong interest in media content creation which developed after I started practicing photography in 2019.
Since then, I have developed an interest in Video Production and Post Production and am developing the necessary skills for it such as camera work, editing, colour correction and grading through school projects as well as passion projects.
Other than Video Production, I enjoy Audio Production. This interest developed after having experience in producing a podcast, audio story and mixing music in audio related modules.
A key trait that I have is that I portray a positive attitude. When working in a team, I want to ensure that everyone gets a say in what we are doing so that we can incorporate the best of each team member. I believe that my diligence and hard-working mentality would make me stand out from others as this personality of mine enables me to learn new skills and apply them quickly.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Intermediate
I have been self-learning photography since 2019 and have really enjoyed the process. I seek constant improvement and try to go out to shoot whenever I have free time to practice and hone my camera and editing skills. I also participate in the Photography CCA in Ngee Ann Polytechnic, where I learn a lot about photography.
EDITING & COLOUR GRADING
Intermediate
I have been practicing photo and video editing for more than 3 years. During my pursuit in my Diploma, I have also learnt video editing in modules such as "Post Production Fundamentals", where I have learnt the basics of video editing, as well as "Video Post Production", where I have learnt advanced techniques such as colour correction, colour grading and basic motion graphics.
AUDIO
Intermediate
I have also developed an interest in audio, and have basics skills in setting up hardware and a Digital Audio Workstation for audio recordings in audio related modules using Adobe Audition and Pro Tools. I also have basic knowledge in Live Sound and setting up a sound reinforcement system in a live setting using basic DANTE routing.
MOTION GRAPHICS
Intermediate
I have basic skills in Motion Graphics, and able to use programs such as After Effects and Cinema 4D. I have also learnt motion graphics during my Diploma in modules such as "Motion Graphics", where I have learnt the basics of motion graphics principles and skills in After Effects, and "3D Motion Graphics", where I learnt motion graphics in 3D as well as basic 3D modelling.
VIDEOGRAPHY
Amateur
I developed an interest in Videography after practising Photography for some time. During my pursuit in my Diploma, I have learnt videography in a module named "Video Production", where I have learnt skills such as framing, camera movement and storytelling. I am proficient with using a camera and have contributed to multiple projects as a Camera Operator.
